ABOUT THE ARTIST
Helping others heal themselves has always been the heart of Brianna Rose's work as a yoga teacher, licensed mental health counselor, and now, as a creator of tools for mental self-care. Her own therapy experiences led her to seek ways of breaking patterns of trauma, with the intention of creating a more compassionate world. Brianna lives in Florida with her wife, whom she calls her inspiration. "Her presence and belief in me create the space through which I am able to bring this work to life."
