The smooth, long-wearing formula can be worn as an eyeliner, blended on with fingertips for a sheer finish, or applied with a brush for maximum impact.

DIRECTIONS

Use as an all-over lid shade, as a lower lid shade, or as a highlighter.

Best applied on bare lids using the Cream Shadow Brush.

For more sheer application, use fingertips.
