This mineral facial sunscreen with SPF 50 not only nourishes skin, but also provides a healthy dewy glow. It's formulated with natural skincare ingredients that are gentle, calming, and support the skin barrier. With 25% non-nano Zinc Oxide, it's a high defense broad spectrum mineral and physical sunscreen that helps soothe and protect skin. Plus, it's reef-safe and gentle enough for daily use on sensitive and dry skin.

The universally sheer tinted formula helps the zinc blend into skin without a white cast, and research shows a tint may even be more effective in reducing melasama and the appearance of pigmentation. 

We recommend daily use of sunscreen to help reduce the look of visible signs of aging and photo-aging skin damage from sun exposure, such as dark spots, texture issues, pigmentation and uneven skin tone.

With an oil-base and natural ingredients, it can be used as a multi-tasking product to moisturize, help to support a healthy skin barrier, and leave skin looking even and radiant. Perfect for everyday, year-round use, especially for dry skin.

DAILY RITUAL

Scent: none.

Feel: Tinted, oil-based, rich cream texture that feels nourishing. Thicker than a chemical sunscreen, but lighter than you'd expect from 25% Zinc. 

Skin types: All skin types. Especially normal to dry and sensitive. Oily or combo skin may find it too rich of a cream (depending on preference). 

Time of day: Morning, or anytime you are outside in the sun or sitting by a window for longer than 30 minutes.

Pro Tips: For normal to dry skin, apply on top of moisturizer. It will not pill. For combination and oily skin, use as your multi-tasking daily moisturizer with SPF 50. Then apply makeup or just a setting powder overtop, if you prefer a less dewy look. 

INGREDIENT HIGHLIGHTS

Zinc Oxide (25%) - Non-Nano, reef safe, mineral sunscreen (physical sunscreen) for sun protection and preventing premature aging.

• SPF 50 Broad Spectrum UVA/UVB and Blue Light Protection. Zinc is the  broadest spectrum UVA and UVB reflector.

• Protects against blue light from digital screens (phone, tablet, computer).

• Calming and non-comedogenic.

• Gentle and non-irritating. Does not sensitize skin: top choice sunscreen active for sensitive skin.

Sunflower Seed Oil - calming emollient. Rich in Vitamin E and fatty acids. Helps support  skin barrier, which helps protect skin from environmental stressors and promotes healthy looking skin. Softer feel, smoother look. Non-comedogenic.

Jojoba Oil- soothing source of fatty acids. Promotes soft supple skin. Helps form a protective barrier on the skin to reduce trans-epidermal water loss and seal in moisture. Non-comedogenic. May help balance oil in oily skin.

Calendula - soothing antioxidant.

Glycerin - humectant that helps promote hydration and prevent dryness.

Sea Buckthorn Oil - Rich in nutrients. Soothe and calm. Supports and protect the skin barrier. Great for both blemish prone skin, oily, and dry skin. Non-comedogenic.

Hyaluronic Acid - promotes hydrated skin for a plumping effect.

Chamomile – soothing.

Kakadu Plum - superfruit antioxidant that helps protect skin from environmental aggressors. Whole plant Vitamin C.

Vitamin C - used in a very low dose as an antioxidant.

Does not contain oxybenzone, avobezone, octocrylene, octinoxate, or other chemical sunscreens. It is also formulated without silicones, dyes, parabens, paraffins, phthalates, sulfates, PEGs, mineral oils, drying alcohols, formaldehyde, artificial fragrance, artificial colors, and more.
