Join us for an evening of rituals led by Dana Bufalino as she teaches the importance of daily routines and how to successfully set (and reach) goals surrounding optimal health, energy, body movement, stress relief, and sleep.
Dana Bufalino is Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach
Taught by many innovative leaders of the holistic nutrition community, her approach to wellness is well-balanced and at the forefront of all research.
Through her coaching business, Kind Roots, she guides her clients — using a holistic and tailored approach to thriving mentally and physically — by addressing daily routines, diet, movement, sleep habits, mindfulness (and so much more).
The Event Flow
Dana will begin the evening by discussing the importance of routine, walking you through specific morning, afternoon, and evening rituals, while sharing tips and tricks on how to stick to them.
She will also discuss the food choices and body movements you can make throughout the day to suit your goals and help you feel your best.
Blending insights from Dana and products from Wildcraft, you will build personalized rituals to create a mindful flow in your day, setting you up for an empowering 2023!
You will leave this event with the knowledge to build (and retain) successful routines that will bring confidence, comfort, and intention to this new year.
The class will end with a Q&A session for all. Additionally, the store will be open for 30 minutes afterward to explore and product shop.
